Currently, we only accept the below payment methods:

SDDIC advance payment is a new feature launched by SDDIC which is a new payment method for registered users.

First, a registered user need to prepay an amount to SDDIC. Temporarily only wire transfer is supported for an advance payment.

Then to submit an application with the transaction information in your SDDIC account center after you remitted. SDDIC will release the amount to your advance payment balance once we confirm the money.

The integral process is as below.

1. Contact us to get the transfer bank info

2. Prepay an amount via wire transfer

3. Submit the remittance info in your SDDIC account center

4. SDDIC release the amount to your balance

5. Use balance to purchase orders

If your balance is less than the order total, it won't be available for paying. You need to prepay a new amount then.

Shipping & Delivering

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Order will begin to processing once we well-received your payment. Normally the parts order will ship on the second day if it is placed before 11 AM GMT+8.


If your order includes 2 types of shipping schedule items, all items will be shipped together within 3 business days.

Once your order has been processed for shipment, you will receive an e-mail advising you of the shipping status of your order and its tracking number, if applicable. When the tracking numbers are present, you can click on the link and it will take you directly to the carriers' website so that you can track your order.

FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT: 5-7 days delivery, fully tracked service.

However, the shipping time can be greatly influenced by the following issues: extreme weather, post office delay, customs clearance, local protest, etc. In this case, we are incapable of guaranteeing on-time delivery, but we will try our best to ensure the on-time shipping date of the order from our side.

SDDIC ships components order from China to most countries in the world. We currently provide below different delivery methods, including DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, EMS.

DHL Express &FedEx&TNT account: Customers also could use their own DHL Express/FedEx/TNT account to ship their goods.

We will notify you by email with tracking number once order is shipped.

You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government in your respective country. This includes but is not limited to: duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We will not be held responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped. If the customer refuses to pay these extra charges, the return shipping and any additional fees will be taken out of the cost of the order, with any remaining funds being refunded to the customer.

As we don't have control over these charges, we are unable to advise what the cost may be.

Customs policies vary widely, you should contact your local customs office or the corresponding logistics company for more information.

Refund & Return

Return

We do not accept merchandise for return and refund unless items are defective.


By a customer returning products to SDDIC, the Customer certifies that the products were purchased from SDDIC and there has been no substitution in whole or part of the same product from another supplier, distributor or other such sources of the product. The return should be in the original packaging and in unused condition (except defective). ESD or moisture-sensitive products should not be opened except under controlled conditions.

General Rules:
Returns are normally accepted when completed within 30 days from the date of the parcel delivered.
Defective (Please provide a third-party quality report of nonconforming products)
Return Freight charges must be prepaid; we will not accept COD shipments.
Any charges from customs and other fees should be paid by customers if the return reason is customers' reason, such as buy parts mistakenly, etc.
We charge a 15% restocking fee of the merchandise total when returns are due to customer error. If your return is due to our error, we will not charge any restocking fee.
Some products may require that they be returned directly to the manufacturer. Your customer service representative will give you the return authorization and the correct return address for your merchandise.

Refund

Refunds are normally accepted when completed within 30 days from the date of the parcel delivered.
Please contact our support team for any issues immediately once you receive your parcels includes but is not limited to below reasons:

Not received the parcel normally
Yes, we guarantee a refund or to resend your order if you haven't received the parcel beyond the regular shipping days, except the case which customer takes the responsibility for the unsuccessful delivery such as providing an incorrect shipping address, cannot complete the customs clearance due to customer's reason, etc.

Note: If the following issues occurs:

Some items missing from my shipment
First, check that you've received all the boxes associated with your order. Then fully empty each box you received; sometimes small parts get caught in crevices or in packing material. If you still can't find your item, please email customer service right away. Include a description of the missing quantities and pictures of the whole parcel. We'll forward them to our warehouse to check the monitor records and the packing pictures records.

Refund Processing Time
We will refund you within 2 working days after we confirm. You will see the refund as a credit approximately 5-10 business days later, depending upon the bank.

Warranty Policy

All SDDIC purchases come with a 30-day money-back return policy, plus a 90-day SDDIC warranty against any manufacturing defects. This warranty shall not apply to any item where defects have been caused by improper customer assembly, failure by customer to follow instructions, product modification, negligent or improper operation.
